Owner Craig Squire, his family, friends and staff are very excited to be settled in this prime location, the best spot in Cairns for quality restaurant dining. Seating 70 guests inside in air-conditioned comfort and 90 outside under the covered terrace, these areas are available for group bookings including exclusive use for corporate and private functions. Ochre can also cater to the Harbour Lights Catalina Room, completely private and suitable for up to 60 guests. Sweeping views of the inlet, mountains beyond and the bustle of the reef fleet create a backdrop fitting for Ochre’s exciting Australian cuisine, which continues to feature the best local produce.
Some of their most famous dishes include Salt and Pepper Prawn and Crocodile, Grilled Kangaroo with Quandong Chilli Glaze, Wattleseed Pavlova and their Australian Antipasto Plate – the latter of which is a great meal to start giving diners a delicious insight into the country’s cuisine. The menu is an excellent read for any visitor and delivers on taste and value-for-money.

Located in the heart of Canby area, Andele brings the exciting and earthy flavors of Mexico.

"The food is as light and fresh as a seafood cocktail prepared by fishermen on the beach; as deep and complex as the moles of Puebla made with an astounding number of ingredients; and as earthy as the simplest handmade corn tortilla."

The menu features traditional dishes from the many regions of Mexico, all made from scratch in Mexican tradition, including various cheeses, moles, tortillas and chocolates.

We open a restaurant serving delicious, made-from-scratch Mexican food at everyday prices, as well as to create a place where guests of all ages could come together to experience the unique flavors, along with the art and culture of Mexico. What came to life was a truly unique dining experience – authentic tastes of Mexico, with family-style dining.

We are passionate about our made-from-scratch dishes, each one made from the heart and crafted with pride from Chef Mario Sebastián family recipes. We use only the freshest, finest ingredients in all our dishes from our scratch-made salsas, sauces, tortillas, and sides, to our hand-rolled enchiladas, traditional items and unique House Specialties.
